How to deploy a servlet/jsp in Weblogic/J2EE application servers

Hi all,
I'm new to this technology. Can anybody give details for how to deploy a servlet/jsp file in Weblogic/J2ee application server.
Now i install weblogic and J2ee servler. I"m using windows XP OS.
