How to delete instance correctly

I need your advice. Database crushed and doesnt want to start. Gives error:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
and found a lot error in alert and trc. But i couldnt find solution for them.
Decided to drop database and restore my database from my dump with the same SID and network configuration. It's not problem to delete all DB files from OS catalog.
but how can i delete instance and service correctly? I have to create new DB with this SID name. I'm not going to delete any values from tnsnames and listerne files.
So is't possible to drop DB when it's crushed and cant start up? then i must create new ones with the same path, SID name and network configurations.
