How to delete HFM application from backend

Hello Team,

I created one HFM application named as HFMAPP. Once I deleted that application but it was not deleted from database side due to unknown reason.So that now I am not able to deploy the the application which name as HFMAPP. It gives error as 'SQL tables already exist for this application' while deploying the HFM application.SO how to delete those table from database?

Please do needful.
