How to delete an installed Apex application in run-time environment?

Hi,

I have developed an Apex app in dev with full apex development environment, and deployed in test as a run-time environment (using sql*plus installed under parsing schema). Can anyone please advise me how to rollback the Apex application I installed in run-time environment?
