How to delete a user function

Hi !

Has anyone experienced similar problems while deleting a User Function ?
I try to delete a self written user function from an empty project or i try to delete this project itself but it won't let me do so and give me the error:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (SNPW.FK_UFUNC_TECHNO) violated - child record found

???

how can i drop an old Project if there is a user function inside ??
