How to delete a form without mandatory items are mandatory

Hi,

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.10, I have a form with some mandatory items necessiting a value (value required) :

When I click the button DELETE I want to delete the record even if these items are type “Value required”. Now I get error messsages when these items are not populated with a value. How to overcome this probleme ?
