How to delete a deployed rule?

Hi,

I am using Cloud PBCS.

Below is a screenshot of my Rules page. I no longer require the 2 circled in red. How do I remove them?

I have tried to delete them from Calculation Manager (see below, where they don't appear in the list), but they remain in the Application per above screenshot.
