How to define timestamp while importing with wizard?

I have an xlx table thats looks like with 250 thousand rows

The quick ddl shows

CREATE TABLE "Ncharc2"."R"

   ( "ID" NUMBER(3,0),

"M_ID" NUMBER(6,0),

"RATING" NUMBER(3,0),

"TIMESTAMP" NUMBER(11,0)

   )

I seek help in importing the xls to oracle table. Kindly provide me with a solution plz. Thanks!
