how to de-install oracle 9i ?

I am a newbie to oracle db. I had installed oracle 9i sometime back in my laptop. I need to de-install it now. I also had Oracle developer suite. I used OUI to remove the developer suite. Now, I can't find the OUI at all.

When I goto start -> programs, I can find just oracle - isuites and oracle - orahome92.

How can I remove oracle from my system ?
