How to Customize the AD to OID Mapping ?

Hi,

We have integrated the AD to OID, and OID is integrated wih OAM/EBS.

Currently the "UID" in OID is e-mail address ( eg. John.smith@domain.com )

However, our EBS users are created like "JSMITH" .

in case users have same initials, (eg. John Smith and James Smith )

the next user will be having numeric value like .. "JSMITH01", JSMITH02...

How can I customize the uid field to change the email address. ?
