How to custom template Cards of report

Hi Experts,
I created a custom template named Gull Cards, by referring to this theme https://themeforest.net/item/gull-bootstrap-laravel-admin-dashboard-template/23101970?s_rank=8
My issue:
I cant control the number of columns to display per row
I want to reproduce the same cards (4 cards by row) like here:

but im getting this result

You can see demo on apex.oracle.com with this credentials:

Workspace: ws_formation

Username: asoukaina

Password: password

I used the Application 104433 - Custom Cards
