How To create TNSNAMES.ORA where server has 2 LAN Cards install

Dear Friends,

I have a problem to connect node with server.

Server configuration :
OS --> Window XP is install
LAN Card --> 1 regular card
Other Card --> Ethernet Card for inter net.

Client configuration :
OS --> Window 98

On the server , i can connect oracle at server with regular TCP/IP protocol. But at node i m not able to connect oracle. IT IS GIVING ERROR TNS-ERROR not able to connect.

Please give me your valuable suggetions.
