How to create sql profiler for a SQL id

Hi Team,

One of request is running long so i want to create sql profiler for the sql if for the request. Example is my sql id is f70m2g5rbfvbg.

My question is how to create sql profiler for the better recommendation adn how to import the sql profiler for acccepting the better profiler for performance improvement.

Please suggest
