How to create service on Oracle 10g XE

My application use service name 'umdata'. so previously i create services through Net Configuration Assistant in 9i.but i am unable to find such tool in 10g XE.however i try to copy tnsname.ora along with Sqlnet.ora of my previous version but oracle 10g XE listener did not support my services when i write lsnrctl services.Is creation of Service is restricted in 10g XE or there is any other alternate way to perform that task.
