how to create ROLAP

hi all,

i'm new to ROLAP
how can i create ROLAP in oracle? does it consists of dimentions and fact table or just regular relational database?
does it just contain simple sql commands or it also contains some codes?
does it hard or easy?

i want some tutorials or documentation help me to create ROLAP?
