How to create master and detail records simoltaneously? (JDev 12.2.1.2)

Dear All,

I am dealing with a master detail scenario where I am supposed to let user create both master and detail records simultaneously (no commits in between). In other words:

  1. users createInsert a master row

  2. then they add detail rows (again with creatInsert).

  3. they commit.

The below error is what I get to see if I take off the composition like below:

If I check off the composition I get the see the below error:

Before I used to just check off the composition and then everything used to work perfectly....what am I missing?

Please let me know if you have any idea/clue.
