How to create Library Management System using Java in Netbean 5.5.0?

Hi all,

I am a student who really need help on Java programming.I have to create application call 'LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM' using Java language. But I'm planning to do with IDE netbean 5.5.0 framework. Could someone pls show me the steps to create this system. I have install Netbean which comes up with JDK. pls reply.
