How to create Leave Request (create absence) in SSHR Absence management using SOA/BPEL

Hi,

I am using BPEL to create a leave request in SSHR Absence Management and I am using CREATE_PERSON_ABSENCE API but these API will insert the data into DB only after the final approval.I cant have to approval process which we have in Absence management.

If anyone has implemented to create a leave request in self service human resource using SOA/BPEL please share with me how to achieve this.

My Requirement is want to fire a leave request through BPEL in SSHR management.
