How to create insert statements in SQL Developer client

Hello All,

In Toad we can create the insert statements of a table's data by right clicking the table and selecting Create Insert Stmts. But I'm new to SQL Developer client. Could you please lemme know how to do that in SQL Developer. I would appreciate if someone post a link on SQL Developer manual(how to use SQL Developer).
