How to create Hierarchical Tree and Open form through Node

First time I am exercising Hierarchical Tree in my assignment.
I wanted to create Hierarchical Tree as follows:
-Transactions
----Purchase Order
----Auto Create
----Requsition
----Quotation
-Setup
----Item
----Supplier
----Currency
----Unit of Measure
----Employees
and each node should open respective form after clicking on it
Please help me. I need help from beginning.
