How to create hamburger menu in Oracle JDeveloper 12.2.1.4

Hi Everyone,

I want to develop the hamburger menu for an ADF application like the

When I click on the icon, it shall give me a panel accordion with some components as shown below:

Is there any template that could be utilised for such functionality or I may need to write the JavaScript inside the ADF?

Can this be achieved using Oracle ADF and JDeveloper 12.2.1.4.
