How to create ER diagram ?

Hello,

I have several tables/views. I want to build an ER diagram out of these. I am currently using sql developer Version 3.0.04
Java(TM) Platform 1.6.0_11
Oracle IDE 3.0.04.34
Versioning Support 3.0.04.34

or any pointers for any other tools do this work easily.
