How to create empty form in adf

Hi i'm using jdeveloper 12c to create a web application using ejb3 and jsf

when i drag and drop for data controls i have to add the "create" button in order to create a new empty row.

i want to get directly an empty form instead of showing the first row in the database and clicking the "create" button...is that possible??? if is it can someone help me please?..

i'm using jdeveloper 12.1.3.0.0, ejb3 and jpa and jsf for the presentation....
