How to create CLOB or BLOB UDF in OIM? Identity Manager 12.2.1.4.221215

We want to store around 11,200 chars in a user defined field for a disconnected resource.
How can we store such huge data in a user defined field in OIM database ?
How can we create a field for large object type in OIM ?

It will be used with a Rest connector/Disconnected connector.

Is this possible? Has anyone successfully created a UDF with more that 4000 characters?
