How to create barcode report with various barcode types?

Hello,

Document DocID 782234.1 describes howto create a barcode report with various barcode types. However the link to the sample report newbarcode.rdf is not working. Therefore, the description of the sample code is insufficient for me to create a barcode report with eg. barcode type codabar. What values can be used for the variable :barcode_type? Is it possible to make the example report available?
