How to create and read file in a remote server using UTL_FILE - PLSQL

Hi

I have a project with a Oracle customer. One of the requeriments is create and read business files from remote server (Customer provide me an IP address and directory path). I used UTL_FILE, but I created files in local server.

Please, I want to know how I can do this requeriment; or if another solution is possible,
