How to create an RMAN hot backup schedule?

OraclCFVRMar 14 2016 — edited Mar 15 2016

Hi, I am new to the oracle environment. We have 3 Windows 2008 servers running Oracle database 11g R2, we currently use IMP/EXP method for backups but we want to migrate to using RMAN to conduct our backups. All 3 servers are production servers for global customers, and cannot go be shutdown at any moment. I have been researching but been unsuccessful. I need to schedule daily full HOT backups of our databases using RMAN. I need to know if I need specific commands, tasks or scripts that will allow me to do so. It is important that our backups are full database backups.
