How to create an EAR file

I have a war file. How to create an EAR file to include this war file using jdeveloper 11.1.1.4 as well as deploy the new EAR to weblogic 10.3.3?
I haven't source code of that war file. I can create a project from this war in Jdeveloper. But how to create an EAR?
