How to create a survey to be answered from the email client..using APEX..?

Hello,

Not sure it is possible and this is why I thought about asking here..
I have to include a short survey in a newsletter.. so people will click / check / write the answer, will then click submit from the email and this is how they will reply to that survey..
Is this possible?I could include in the email an unique code so I know if they answer more than one time.. but no idea how to send the user answer.. and what exactly I need to build in my apex application to be able to receive the info I send from the email client and to store it / send it also to admin email address...

Any idea is welcome.
