How to create a PST file containing emails, contacts and calenders

Good evening,

I am looking for a way to extract or download and create a PST file containing emails, calendars and contacts for a few hundred users.

There are part of a pilot to be hosted on Exchange.

Is it there an automated tool or it has be done on a per user/desktop with each having an Outlook connector?

Any hints or information is welcomed.
