how to create a empty line using dbms_output ?

hi
I need to put blank line between the report header and actual report. both report header and report are being printed using dbms_putput. how to i have a blank line between these two entities?
my report goes like this

Test Report
<!!I need to put some space here >
---------------------------------------------------------<!!col1 col2 col3 col4 col5!!>

---------------------------------------------------------
<!!I want some blank space here!! >
<!!Report footer will come here!! >

Please help me out !!
