how to create a database link to connect to Progress

Hi all.

I have a 10G database (10.2.0.4) running on a Linux box and like to connect to a Progress DB 9.x.

The idea could be the creation of an Oracle database procedure which would access the Progress Database and pull some data back to Oracle.

A database link could be the answer i guess....

Please provide feedback, examples to get me started.
