How to create a "Alt+Enter" key character?

Hi all

As you know "Alt+Enter" means a new line in Excel's cell. I need to use Oracle procedure to create this character for open in Excel. Could someone tell me how to create "Alt+Enter" in a string so I can write it in a txt file please? Thank you.
