How to Copy or Exp/Imp global page from app into another app

Hi,
I have APEX 4.2, Oracle 11gr2 DB and using theme 24 cloudy.

I created multiple applications with 1 workspace.

I need the global page 0 to be the same for each of the application.

My first though would be I would just exp. the page and import it to the other app but when I did this I got an error that the application id is different.

Also is there a way to create 1 page and make it visible to all applications? This is so I do not need to populate the changes in all the apps.
