How to convert the row values into columns when we have characters as a column value?

i have a data like this below

Report_Date  NAMES               
01-01-23     JAVA
02-01-23     ORACLE   
03-01-23     ANGULAR
04-01-23     JAVA SCRIPT
05-01-23     HTML

and

need output like this

01-01-23  02-01-23   03-01-23  04-01-23      05-01-23
JAVA       ORACLE     ANGULAR  JAVA SCRIPT   HTML

please help me to get this, Thanks in advance.
