how to convert sysdate with time to julian date.

Hi All,
i have a query releated to Sysdate to julian conversion.

I have an number in Julian format.
0212125885393437400

i converted this into normal date format by
select to_date ('01/01/4712 BC','mm/dd/yyyy BC') + 0212125885393437400/1000/1000/60/60/24 - 1 from dual;

i.e.
11/24/2009 5:03:13 PM

But my question is ..
How to convert 11/24/2009 5:03:13 PM
to its Julian format.. as shown above...

Please Help its urgent...
