how to convert hours, min to days

Hi,

Can any one explain for example

i have first notification as number (10) in database

where i am using strut 1.0 so i created three text box in jsp it consist as days, hours, min. these three will be stored in first notification as single data field and again when i need to view it display day, hours, min. again in text box. can any one have method for this. if so please can you mail to my mail id nsrinu990@yahoo.com

i created in bean properties days, hours, min which will be as three text box in jsp . is there any short method or logic for this or how can i use in action class.
