how to convert .der format to .pem format

When we generate a Certificate Request using Certificate Servlet in Weblogic 5.1, it generates private key in .der format.

1.How to convert the .der format private key to .pem format.
2.How to import this key in to the keystore? When I tried to import this .der format, keystore throws expection say that it not in X.509 format.
