How to convert DB2 Time 24:00:00 to Oracle Date

Hi,

I have a Date and Time Field in DB2 and want to convert to a single Date-Field to Oracle.

Problem:

DB2-Time ranges from 00:00:00 - 24:00:00

Oracle: 00:00:00 - 23:59:59

So lets say I have in DB2: 01-12-2008 24:00:00 what ist the corresponding Date in Oracle 01-12-2008 00:00:00 or 02-12-2008 00:00:00 or 01-12-2008 23:59:59?
