How to convert .cer certificate to .jceks

Hello Members,

I had to access a https webservice and I downloaded the client.cer file from browser.

In my program I have to use the .jceks version.

How can I convert client.cert to clientstore.jceks?

I searched net for last 2 days but failed.Please guide me with the command.
