How to convert BIGINT of MySql to Oracle data type?

Hi all,

I am new in Oracle, and need to convert Mysql db to Oracle. Now I want to convert table primary key in Bigint of Mysql to Oracle data type. I asked my Oracle friends, one said convert to Number without precision, but the other said it is better to convert to Number with precision. I am confused. Anybody can give me help? I really appreciate it. Thank you very much in advance.
