How to convert an ISO 8583 message format to XML and vice versa within OSB.

My requirement is I am working for ATM Integration, i am getting ISO8583 message as input to OSB which i need to convert into XML and send it to target , In response i am getting XML message as response from Target which in turn needs to convert to ISO8583 and send it to Source ,

The integration Platform we are using between Source and Target is Oracle Service Bus 12c,

Kindly share the Knowledge.
