how to convert a Special type file (hwp) to PDF in WCC

Hi Experts,

May i how to convert a Special type file (hwp) to pdf in wcc after checking in it ? if need custom a convert component? i didn't find any docs related to this question

1. the hwp is a Korean office like MS office and the hwp extension can't be found in administration->file formats wizard

2. i want to enable PDFExportConverter component but i can't find it in ibr->admin server->component manager

i am new guy for wcc, that would be very appreciate if anyone has some ideas on it.

it's base on 12c version
