How to control-break a column in an interactive grid?

Hi, I am using Application Express 20.2.0.00.20. I have an interactive grid on DEPT table. The "deptno" column is of type link. If I run the report at this point, the link is displayed and working normally. But when I control-break with the deptno, the link does not exist anymore. Just the text is displayed but it's not clickable. How to solve this?
