How to connect with http://127.0.0.1:8080 ?

Starting with a working Oracle Express installation I could connect to it through the browser without problems by entering

http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=4550:11:629082153831631::NO:::

Then - on one day - I forgot where I put the link and tried to connect
only by entering

http://127.0.0.1:8080

but much to my surprise Oracle presents me a "ORACLE DATABASE 10g EXPRESS EDITION LICENSE AGREEMENT" web page - nothing more. No link no button.

Fortunately I found the original link again.

But the question is still peding: How can I get to the login+password screen when I forgot the exact login URL - just starting from http://127.0.0.1:8080 ?
