How to connect to database from one to another OS?

I have installed Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition on windows 8.1 64bit. Then i made virtual OS Oracle Linux 6 on the same computer.
I want to connect from Oracle Linux 6 to Oracle database 12c which is installed on my windows 8.1.

How to do it?
