How to connect Enterprise server to a PC using RJ45-DB25 connector

HI,

I have a E420R server. I am accessing it using my PC with a hyperterminal & is working fine. I am using a null modem cable for connectivity.

Can I access the server using a RJ45-to-DB-25 connector at the server end (connected to SeralPort-A ) & hyperterminal combination from my PC ?

If yes, what is the additional hardware needed & also software setup needed?
