HOW TO CONFIGURING APEX CERTIFICATION - HELP (for using HTTPS )

Hi for all,

My version : Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production.

I have an APEX application that can currently be accessed using HTTP .

I would like to change that configuration to access it using HTTPS.

I understand that:

1) I will need to create a wallet with proper certificate.

2) Configure further APEX to be accessed using HTTPS.

Are these the correct steps?

Can someone explain me how I can create the wallet with the proper certificate, using the orapki utility?
