How to configure Oracle server and client between two PC via LAN CABLE

I am having 2 PCs. PC-1 containing oracle server 10g and connected with PC-2 via lan Cable and successfully network configured . I want to access the PC-1 oracle server from PC-2 using oracle client. please help me.
