How to configure multiple archivelog locations in RAC

All,

I have an oracle 11g 11.0.2.3 two node cluster on Windows 2008 R2. I want to copy the archive logs to a local drive, in addition to the flash recovery area.

What will the process be in a RAC environment? The local drive is only accessible to one of the nodes. Can this be a problem?
